You can visit a police centre or post to register a death.
To register a death, bring along the Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD), the deceased’s identification documents (e.g. NRIC or passport), and your own NRIC or passport.
Some neighbourhood police posts have been redesignated as self-help kiosks, and you will not be able to register death at these locations. Hence, these e-kiosks have been omitted from this directory.
